But when she awoke, there was no one left to command her. For centuries, she wandered through abandoned worlds, following fragments of lost signals in search of those she was meant to protect. Eventually, she learned the truth: her creators had not vanished, they had left, and the “last light” she was meant to protect was not a weapon or a machine, but life itself.
Now, Aelyra continues to fly across the ruins, searching for signs that humanity might rise again. She does not know if anyone is still waiting. But she never stops.
