2. Products
We manufacture and sell 3D-printed figurines and related products.
Due to the nature of 3D printing and handcrafted finishing processes, minor variations in color, texture, dimensions, and appearance may occur between products and the images displayed on the website. Such variations do not constitute defects.
Product images are provided for illustrative purposes only.
3. Orders
Orders are considered final upon receipt of full payment and confirmation by email.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order in cases including but not limited to:
- Product unavailability
- Pricing or technical errors
- Suspected fraud
- Violation of applicable laws
If an order is cancelled after payment has been received, a full refund will be issued.
4. Prices
All prices are displayed in Euro €.
Prices may be changed at any time without prior notice. However, products will be charged at the price displayed at the time the order is placed.
Shipping costs, customs duties, taxes, and import fees may be charged separately depending on the destination country.
5. Payment
We accept payment through the payment methods displayed on our website.
Orders will not enter production until payment has been successfully processed.
We do not store customers’ payment card information.
6. Order Processing, Dispatch and Pre-Orders
Most products offered on our website are pre-manufactured and available from stock unless otherwise stated.
Orders for in-stock items are typically processed and dispatched within the timeframe indicated on the website. Processing times may vary due to order volume, public holidays, inventory verification, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Certain products may be offered as pre-orders. Pre-order items are products that are not yet available for immediate shipment and are expected to be dispatched on or around the estimated release date indicated on the product page.
Release dates and dispatch estimates for pre-order items are provided in good faith but may be subject to change due to manufacturing, transportation, supplier delays, customs procedures, or other unforeseen circumstances. Such dates are estimates only and do not constitute guaranteed delivery dates.
If an order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, the entire order may be held until all items are available for shipment unless otherwise specified.
In the event of significant delays, product cancellation, or unexpected unavailability, customers will be notified and may be offered a refund, store credit, or an alternative product where applicable.
Any estimated processing or delivery times displayed on the website are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute a contractual guarantee.
7. Shipping and Delivery
We ship from France to customers worldwide.
Delivery times are estimates provided by shipping carriers and are not guaranteed.
We are not responsible for delays caused by:
- Customs clearance procedures
- Postal disruptions
- Carrier delays
- Force majeure events
- Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer
Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer upon delivery.
8. Customs Duties and Import Taxes
For orders shipped outside the European Union, customs duties, import taxes, VAT, handling fees, and any other charges imposed by local authorities are the sole responsibility of the customer.
We have no control over such charges and cannot predict their amount.
Refusal to pay customs charges does not entitle the customer to a refund of shipping costs.
9. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)
For consumers located within the European Union, a statutory right of withdrawal may apply.
Where applicable, consumers may exercise their withdrawal rights within fourteen (14) days of receiving the goods.
10. Returns and Refunds
Customers must inspect their order upon delivery.
Claims relating to damaged, defective, or incorrect products must be submitted within fourteen (14) days of receipt and include photographic evidence.
If a claim is approved, we may, at our discretion:
- Replace the product
- Repair the product
- Issue a partial refund
- Issue a full refund
Products damaged through misuse, accidents, improper handling, or normal wear and tear are not eligible for refund or replacement.
11. Product Safety
Our products are intended primarily for collection, display, or decorative purposes unless otherwise specified.
Unless explicitly stated, products are not toys and may contain small parts presenting a choking hazard.
Customers are responsible for ensuring appropriate use and supervision.
12. Intellectual Property
All designs, photographs, graphics, logos, descriptions, and other content displayed on the website remain the exclusive property of Grandisium or their respective rights holders.
Purchase of a physical product does not transfer any intellectual property rights.
Customers may not reproduce, scan, copy, mold, cast, resell, or commercially exploit our products without prior written authorization.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, our liability shall be limited to the amount paid by the customer for the relevant order.
We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, business interruption, or loss of data.

We shall not be held liable for delays or failure to perform obligations resulting from events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:
