As stated in our Intellectual Property Policy, all original designs, 3D models, graphics, imagery, and text on this website are our exclusive property.

  • You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the website for personal shopping purposes.

  • You may not use our products or website content for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and login information.

  • You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store.

4. Products, Orders, and Availability

  • In-Stock Items: We offer physical 3D-printed figurines that are fully completed and ready to ship. Once an in-stock item is sold out, it will remain unavailable until a new production batch is completed.

  • Pre-Orders: We regularly offer pre-orders for upcoming designs or new production runs. By placing a pre-order, you authorize us to charge your payment method immediately to reserve your item. Pre-ordered figurines will ship as soon as their specific production run is complete, according to the estimated schedule indicated on the product page.

  • Made-to-Order Items (On-Demand): Depending on our current catalog and operational capacity, certain items may be marked as “Made-to-Order”. For these specific items, production begins only after your order is successfully placed and paid for. Estimated manufacturing times will be clearly specified on the respective product page.

  • Mixed Carts & Shipping: If your shopping cart contains a combination of in-stock items, pre-orders, or made-to-order items, the entire order will be held and shipped together in a single package once all items are manufactured and available.

  • Product Accuracy: Since we sculpt, print, and finish our creations in-house, each figurine is a unique piece of art. We make every effort to display colors and details as accurately as possible. However, due to slight variations in resin/filament batches, post-processing, and monitor displays, minor cosmetic variations may occur between the website imagery and the final physical product.

5. Third-Party Links & Tools

We may provide you with access to third-party tools or links (such as currency converters, payment gateways like Woopayments/PayPal, or shipping tracking systems) which we neither monitor nor have any control over. You acknowledge and agree that we provide access to such tools ”as is” and “as available” without any warranties, representations, or conditions of any kind.

In addition to other prohibitions as set forth in the Terms of Service, you are prohibited from using the site or its content:
