1. Legal Framework and Ownership Notice

As a business registered and operating in France, we strictly comply with the French Intellectual Property Code (Code de la propriété intellectuelle), European Union copyright laws, and international treaties (including the Berne Convention).

We own 100% of the intellectual property rights for the designs, concepts, digital 3D models (including but not limited to STL, OBJ, and 3MF files), and the resulting physical figurines sold on this website, unless explicitly stated otherwise. Your purchase of a physical item grants you a restrictive license for personal enjoyment; it never transfers ownership or copyright.

2. Strict Prohibition on Digital Asset Distribution

We manufacture and sell physical products only.

  • Under no circumstances do we sell, share, or distribute our proprietary digital STL files or master files.

  • Any unauthorized distribution, hosting, or sharing of our digital designs on third-party platforms (such as Thingiverse, Printables, Cults3D, MyMiniFactory, etc.) constitutes severe copyright infringement and will be met with immediate legal action.

3. Personal Use Only & Anti-Recasting Clauses

Every physical figurine purchased from this store is intended strictly for personal, non-commercial use (e.g., collecting, painting, tabletop gaming).

  • No Commercial Exploitation: You may not resell, rent, or lease our physical figurines for commercial gain without an explicit, written commercial contract from us.

  • Anti-Scanning: You are strictly prohibited from 3D scanning, photogrammetrizing, or digitally replicating our physical figurines to recreate digital models.

  • Anti-Molding and Casting: You may not use our physical products as “masters” to create silicone molds, resin casts, or any other form of duplication or mass production.

Legal Warning: Replicating our work through 3D scanning or molding is considered counterfeiting under French and international law, liable to criminal prosecution and statutory damages.

4. Website Content, Photography, and Brand Identity

All content published on this website—including product photography, promotional videos, text descriptions, custom graphics, logos, and pre-order marketing materials—is our exclusive property.

Unauthorized use, copying, or scraping of our media assets for commercial purposes, including use on third-party e-commerce platforms (such as AliExpress, Etsy, eBay, or Amazon) by unauthorized sellers, will result in immediate DMCA takedown notices and legal escalation.

5. Policy Enforcement and Jurisdiction

We actively monitor global marketplaces and digital platforms for infringements upon our artwork and designs. In the event of a breach of this policy, we reserve the right to cancel pending orders, permanently terminate customer accounts, and pursue full legal remedies for damages and copyright infringement under French law.
