This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered.


1. Shipping Origin

All orders are shipped from France.

We currently offer shipping to customers worldwide, subject to carrier availability and local regulations.


2. Order Processing

Orders for in-stock products are typically processed within 2 business days after payment confirmation.

Orders are processed during normal business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Once an order has been dispatched, customers will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information, when available.


3. Pre-Orders

Certain products may be offered as pre-orders.

The estimated release date or dispatch period for pre-order products will be displayed on the relevant product page.

Please note that release dates and shipping estimates are subject to change due to manufacturing schedules, transportation delays, supplier issues, customs procedures, or other circumstances beyond our control.

If an order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, the entire order may be shipped together once all items become available, unless otherwise stated.


4. Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times vary depending on the destination country and shipping method selected.

Typical delivery estimates are:

  • France: 2–7 business days

  • European Union: 3–15 business days

  • North America: 5–20 business days

  • Rest of the World: 7–30 business days

These delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Actual delivery times may be affected by customs inspections, carrier delays, weather conditions, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.


5. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Destination country

  • Package size and weight

  • Selected shipping method

All shipping charges are displayed before payment is completed.


6. Customs Duties and Import Taxes

Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to:

  • Import duties

  • Customs fees

  • Local taxes

  • VAT or GST

  • Clearance charges

These charges are determined by the destination country’s authorities and are the sole responsibility of the customer.

We have no control over such charges and cannot predict their amount.

Failure to pay customs fees may result in delays, return of the shipment, or destruction of the package by local authorities.

Shipping fees are generally non-refundable in such cases.


7. Tracking Information

Where tracking is available, customers will receive tracking details once the order has been dispatched.

Tracking updates are provided by the shipping carrier and may occasionally be delayed or incomplete.


8. Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

We are not responsible for delays, additional shipping costs, or lost packages resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses supplied by the customer.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply before reshipment.


9. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments

If your package is lost, significantly delayed, or arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible at:

Customers may be asked to provide:

  • Order number

  • Photographs of the package and contents

  • Any information required to assist with the carrier investigation

We will work with the carrier to investigate the issue and determine an appropriate resolution.


10. Undeliverable or Refused Shipments

If a shipment is returned to us because:

  • The delivery address was incorrect;

  • The package was refused by the recipient;

  • Customs duties or import charges were not paid;

we may deduct any shipping, return shipping, customs, or administrative costs from any refund issued, where permitted by law.


11. Force Majeure

We shall not be held responsible for shipping delays or delivery failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters

  • Severe weather

  • Strikes

  • Transportation disruptions

  • Government restrictions

  • Customs delays

  • Public health emergencies
